Your Measurement Guidelines
I will need these numbers at the beginning of your program and then every 2 weeks.
Step 1
Get Yourself a measurement tape and follow these measurements;
Chest
At the nipple line, keep the tape pressed over the shoulder blades and under the armpits.
The smallest part of the Waist
Measure the smallest part of your waist right in the middle.
The biggest part of your waist
Measure 5cm below the belly button (usually the widest area of the stomach)
Hip
Measure around the glutes at their widest point.
Upper Leg
Measure at the widest part of your thigh 20cm up from the knee cap.
When taking measurements breathe normally, don’t force the numbers. And avoid holding the tape too tight.
